About the Role

The Quality & Compliance Solution Architect is a hands‑on architecture role within D&T, accountable for designing end‑to‑end solution architectures that enable regulated Quality and compliance outcomes across QSC and R&D.

Working under the JD - QSC & R&D Domain Architect, the role translates target architecture, standards and guardrails into practical, implementable solution designs that delivery teams can build, validate and operate in safety‑critical environments. It ensures solutions support auditability, control operation, validation/assurance expectations and inspection readiness.

This role is delivery‑proximate and technically hands‑on, providing credible system design leadership and implementation governance while reducing regulatory risk and long‑term complexity.

Wymagania:
Required:

- Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect in regulated or controlled environments (Quality / compliance / validated systems)- Experience designing solutions across Quality and Supply Chains domains. - Integration and data flow design capability with auditability and controls embedded- Ability to translate complex business requirements into implementable architectures.
Preferred
- Experience integrating Quality platforms with ERP/SAP and enterprise reporting- Experience operating within enterprise architecture standards and governance models.

Codzienne zadania:
- Design and deliver solution architectures covering functional and non-functional requirements, including security, compliance, performance, resilience and operational support.
- Translate business requirements into architecture artefacts, solution designs, integration models and data flows.
- Ensure solutions support validated and controlled environments with end-to-end traceability and audit readiness.
- Embed controls, audit trails and evidence-capture mechanisms into solution designs from the outset.
- Align Quality solutions with SAP/ERP processes, ensuring consistency across quality, operational and financial data.
- Design integration architectures and data flows that enable enterprise traceability, data integrity and consistent reporting.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance standards and single source of truth principles.
- Provide architecture governance through design reviews, implementation assurance and support for delivery teams throughout build, test and deployment phases.
- Document architectural decisions, trade-offs and risks, escalating critical concerns where required.
- Drive standardisation, reuse of reference architectures and simplification of solutions to reduce long-term complexity.
