Solutions Architect

Nasze wymagania: 5+ years of experience in software development (e.g. Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET), with strong coding skills and readiness to contribute hands-on when needed experience designing and building cloud-based solutions (AWS or similar), including knowledge of core services and best practices solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture hands-on experience with system design, DevOps practices, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform), containerization, APIs, and serverless approaches ability to evaluate architectural decisions in terms of scalability, performance, cost, and security experience working with external clients or readiness to engage directly with stakeholders, including C-level executives strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences ability to create and maintain clear architectural documentation (e.g. diagrams, ADRs) proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a forward-thinking approach to system design experience in mentoring engineers and sharing knowledge within the team English and Polish proficiency at C1 level Mile widziane: experience with Big Data or AI/ML solutions interest in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, platform engineering, or AI-assisted development O projekcie: This position is ideal for an experienced solutions architect or backend/cloud developer looking to grow in this direction.
