Flight Itinerary (About The Role) We are looking for a candidate with a strong architectural focus who can make decisions based on deep technical understanding. Ideally, this person should be able to work across 2–3 teams as Technical Lead, providing technical guidance with a focus on architectural impact rather than just writing small pieces of code. What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities) - Be able to communicate effectively in both business and technical terms. - Offer something different from what a typical senior developer profile provides, more leadership, less pure coding. - Have at least 10 years of experience in total, with 5–6 years in a lead or architect role, preferably mentoring teams - Be the final decision-maker on technical matters and help set the technical direction for the teams. - We are not looking for just another senior developer. The main goal is someone hands-on when needed, but primarily focused on architecture and decision-making rather than day-to-day coding. - Propose improvements in architectures and internal processes
