We are looking for a System Analyst to join initiatives focused on building modern, innovative customer processes in corporate banking. You will work at the intersection of business and technology—gathering requirements, designing end-to-end solutions (with a strong emphasis on integrations), supporting technical design, and helping drive delivery through testing and go-live. The environment is enterprise-grade, where security and performance are key. Key responsibilities • Design and evolve modern customer-facing processes for corporate banking • Work with selected bank departments to analyse requirements, support users during business requirement definition, and define system responsibilities • Create functional and system solution concepts after deep understanding of project goals—primarily system integrations, but also processes, UI mock-ups, and business rules modelling • Participate in technical solution design, including integration topics (e.g., SOA-based module integration) • Address security and performance aspects typical for enterprise banking solutions • Support users during testing and coordinate activities related to deployment/go-live • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivered solutions and system architecture (in-house development) Must-have skills & experience • Minimum 5 years in IT projects as a System Analyst (experience in finance or electronic/mobile channels is a plus) • Strong integration knowledge: SOA, Web Services, REST APIs, and tools like SOAP UI and/or Postman • Experience designing microservice-based solutions and documenting REST services using Swagger / YAML • Strong skills in IT system modelling • Experience coordinating work between dependent teams within a project • Good planning and organisational skills (task planning, prioritisation, ownership) • Very good knowledge of UML and BPMN • Hands-on experience with at least one CASE tool (preferably Enterprise Architect) • Good English skills (written and spoken) • Good knowledge of SQL Nice to have • Understanding of distributed systems architecture • Knowledge of modern design patterns • Ability to read and define services according to OpenAPI • Familiarity with UX/UI topics • Project management certification and practical application of PM knowledge • High level of independence and ownership in delivering tasks • Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Agile PM) Additional information • Experience in similar banking projects is a plus • English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)
