Overview
The role involves driving the vision for and creating IT architecture aligned with business and IT strategies. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in one or more architecture domains such as Business, Information, System, Technical Architecture, or IT Security. The candidate will be expected to understand core business and IT factors while driving consensus among stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver services according to quality standards to effectively execute objectives.
• Guide and govern architectural principles and best practices in the area by anticipating issues and building stakeholder commitment.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to promote understanding.
• Build effective relationships with architects and stakeholders across the organization.
• Advise stakeholders to resolve architectural issues supporting target implementation.
• Focus on personal development while mentoring others to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Drive strategic discussions to evolve the architecture for improved business capabilities and cost efficiencies.
• Analyze stakeholder requirements and create architecture vision that supports business strategy.
Key Requirements:
• Microsoft Azure certification (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in design/setup of enterprise applications on Azure AKS.
• Experience in design/setup of enterprise databases on Azure Postgres.
• Experience in design/setup of integrations using Kafka for Azure applications.
• Exceptional business knowledge.
• Superior software engineering skills.
• Excellent knowledge of IT solution architecture.
• Professional understanding of enterprise architecture.
• Superior conceptual thinking capability.
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with cloud-native application design.
• Knowledge of additional cloud service providers.
Other Details:
The position is based in Poland, with preference for candidates located in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw. Proficiency in English is required.
