Systems Architect

Wymagania: - 3+ years of experience in a Systems Architect or similar senior technical role. - Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript on the frontend. - Proficiency in backend development with Java and Spring Framework. - Solid experience designing and working with REST APIs. - Deep understanding of distributed systems, data flows, and authentication/authorization. - Strong knowledge of architecture patterns (microservices, modular monoliths, event-driven systems). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Proactive approach and strong ownership mentality. Zakres obowiązków: - Define, evolve, and maintain system architecture for large-scale web applications. - Establish architecture principles, development standards, and coding best practices. - Drive alignment of architectural decisions across multiple teams and streams. - Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and tools to support long-term scalability. - Contribute to backend (Java, Spring) and frontend (Angular, TypeScript) development. - Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. - Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality implementation of architectural designs. - Conduct technical reviews and ensure high standards of code quality. - Identify and manage technical debt while balancing delivery timelines. - Implement best practices in performance optimization, security, and accessibility. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support debugging efforts. - Maintain up-to-date architectural documentation. - Stay current with industry trends, especially within Angular and modern web ecosystems.
