We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society. 🔹 For our Client from the space industry we are looking for System Engineer - remote work with occassional visits at Warsaw office and business travels to Lithuania if needed. ✔️ Detailed description of work task to be carried out: A skilled and experienced System Engineer is sought to lead space systems and missions design and development, ensuring all technical requirements are defined and met. As the System Engineer, you will be part of the core project team, ensuring technical alignment within multidisciplinary engineering teams and with customers by controlling requirements and scope. The company is dedicated to providing innovative solutions for customers, with over 70 successful satellite missions alongside partners like Thales, NASA, and ESA. ✔️ We offer: - B2B agreement- Transparent working conditions with both Ework and the client- Current support during our cooperation- Possibility to work in an international environment- Collaborative environment in innovative space industry culture- Private medical care- Life insurance- Multisport- Teambuilding events Wymagania: ✔️ Your technical skills and experience: - Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field- Strong critical/analytical thinking and fundamental understanding of physical principles- Work experience across multiple engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, RF, control systems)- Strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently and in teams- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Experience managing requirements in multidisciplinary projects ✔️ Nice-to-have knowledge and experience: - Experience with Requirement Management systems- Knowledge of MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering)- Prior involvement in space missions or satellite projects Codzienne zadania: - Acting as principal technical authority, providing guidance across project lifecycle phases - Ensuring top-level system design aligns with detailed designs and resolving conflicts - Coordinating schedules for Milestone Reviews and delivery dates with core project team - Verifying technical documentation aligns with requirements and top-level design - Leading Design Milestone Reviews and moderating discussions with stakeholders - Managing space system requirements, trade-offs, and technical budgets (Mass, Power, Data, Link, Delta-V, Energy) - Working with engineering disciplines and preparing launch documentation
