Tech Lead (Java)

Nasze wymagania: 9+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full-stack). Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring ecosystem. Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems. Solid understanding of microservices architecture. Experience with SQL databases, Hibernate, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka). Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Minimum 2+ years in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead / Architect). Proven track record of leading teams and driving architectural decisions. Experience mentoring engineers and supporting their career growth. Strong communication skills with fluent English. Comfortable working in Agile environments. Ability to balance hands-on work with leadership responsibilities. Understanding of enterprise integration patterns (REST APIs, queues, pub-sub).
