UiPath RPA Platform Developer / Architect

Location: 100% remote work (Poland) Availability: ASAP / within 1 month Position Overview We are looking for a UiPath professional to take a key role as a UiPath RPA Platform Developer or UiPath RPA Solution Architect, with a strong focus on platform-level capabilities and cloud-based automation solutions. Responsibilities • Design, develop and implement the latest UiPath Cloud features on the UiPath SaaS platform • Act as an expert in advanced UiPath capabilities including Process Mining, Agentic AI, AI Trust Layer, genAI and Everyday AI use cases, modern Document Understanding, Serverless Robots, UiPath Solutions and CI/CD pipelines • Architect, deploy and maintain UiPath Automation Cloud solutions in on-prem and cloud environments • Define and drive UiPath platform strategy in collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders • Ensure automation solutions comply with enterprise security standards and best practices • Maintain alignment with GxP and other healthcare regulatory requirements • Stay up to date with UiPath product evolution, cloud technologies and automation trends • Work in Agile environments applying Agile ways of working and principles Requirements • Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience • At least 8 years of hands-on experience with the UiPath platform • Minimum 2 years of dedicated UiPath platform-level experience • Proven experience in one of the following roles UiPath RPA Platform Developer or UiPath RPA Solution Architect • Strong expertise in UiPath Automation Cloud and platform architecture • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies supported by Agile certifications • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken • Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to have • Prior experience in healthcare or regulated environments • Familiarity with GxP compliance • Previous experience working in complex enterprise environments Offer • B2B contract via Experis • Multisport card • Private healthcare (Medicover) • Access to an e-learning platform • Group life insurance
