The person in this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining unified communication systems that enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration. Zakres obowiązków: Administration of Exchange Servers Administration of Exchange Online service Administration of e-mail archiving solution Acting as 2nd line of support, processing related in different environments (production, testing, development) Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes Architecting long term changes to the Exchange platform Contribution to specifications for solutions based on or integrated with Exchange Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of Exchange platforms according to the need of the project Maintenance of system documentation and participate in the development of documentation for new solutions Reporting on activities Oferujemy: Opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within a leading organization.
