Model: remoteEmployment type: full-time About the role We are looking for a high-level Global Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience in designing and leading End-to-End Veeva CRM ecosystems. This is a role for a seasoned technical leader who bridges the gap between complex engineering and tangible business value — and communicates that value clearly at every level of the organization. You will act as the "Global Anchor" for cross-functional teams across the USA, JPAC, and Europe — ensuring consistency in design standards and proactively identifying architectural risks before they reach the global roadmap. Requirements • 15+ years of experience as a solution architect with deep mastery of Veeva CRM — including Consent, Engage, PromoMats, Network, Sampling, and Order Management • Proven track record in global rollouts across multiple time zones (USA, Europe, JPAC) and managing large-scale cross-regional implementations • Strong architectural understanding of middleware — Dell Boomi, GoAnywhere MFT, API Management — focused on E2E solution alignment and robust error management • Deep knowledge of Pharma/Life Sciences business processes; experienced in collaborating with BAs to build design patterns that reflect real-world clinical and commercial needs • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Core and Veeva Vault platform ecosystem • Exceptional communication skills — ability to translate complex technical architecture into clear, actionable language for executive stakeholders • Based in Europe (Poland preferred); available for global projects Nice to have • Experience leading digital engagement and consent management programs at global scale • Background in Veeva Vault PromoMats content approval workflows • Familiarity with regulated data flows and compliance requirements in pharmaceutical commercial ops Employment conditions: • B2B contract, • Daily support from team leaders, • Dedicated certification budget, • Assistance in defining and support in your development path, • Benefits package, • Integration trips/events.
