Nasze wymagania: Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Python Developer, delivering production-grade applications. Cloud Proficiency: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure (experience with AWS or GCP also valued). Proficiency with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph. Hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio (required). Hands-on expertise with Power Automate (required). Experience deploying and managing workloads using Azure Functions. Familiarity with Azure monitoring tools (Application Insights, Log Analytics Workspace). Strong understanding of secure identity management (Service Principals, Managed Identities) in cloud environments. Advanced debugging skills across both local and cloud-based systems. AI & Agentic Knowledge: Solid grasp of prompt engineering and agentic architectural patterns. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications: Azure Developer or Azure Solutions Architect certifications (preferred but not mandatory). Mile widziane: Familiarity with the Visual Studio Code (VS Code) IDE. Understanding of Azure networking components (VNets, Subnets, DNS). Experience with DevOps practices, including creating CI/CD pipelines and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep or Terraform. Proficiency in Python asynchronous programming (asyncio), multi-processing, or multi-threading. Awareness of emerging technologies such as Model Context Protocol (MCP). O projekcie: As an Agentic Developer (L3) specializing in Copilot Studio and Power Automate with a strong Azure focus, you will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated autonomous AI agents for large-scale financial services applications. This critical role directly contributes to our mission of leveraging intelligent automation and cloud-native solutions to drive process efficiencies, enhance customer experiences, and ensure secure, scalable digital operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge agentic architectures that solve complex business challenges for our global clientele. Zakres obowiązków: Agent Development: Architect, build, and deploy robust AI agents using Python and frameworks such as LangGraph, implementing advanced Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) with conditional logic and autonomous tool invocation. Azure Integration: Design and implement cloud-native solutions utilizing key Azure services, including the deployment of application logic via Azure Functions and integration with monitoring tools like Application Insights and Log Analytics Workspace (LAW). Secure Infrastructure: Enforce secure cloud practices, managing service principals, user principals, and leveraging Managed Identities to facilitate secure, credential-free service interactions. Debugging & Troubleshooting: Apply advanced debugging and diagnostic techniques across local and cloud environments, using both integrated debuggers and console-based methods to resolve complex system issues. Prompt Engineering: Utilize state-of-the-art prompt engineering methods to optimize large language model (LLM) performance and reliability, including few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, and tool schema provision techniques. Agentic Design Patterns: Champion the adoption of agentic design patterns, especially the “LLM as a decision maker” model, enabling dynamic tool selection and execution based on schema and operational context. Collaboration & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, participate in architectural discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
