AI Engineer

Nasze wymagania: software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems, good programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python or Kotlin, experience working with APIs, backend services, cloud platforms, or distributed systems, interest or hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, especially LLM-based applications, familiarity with concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, or agentic workflows, experience with modern engineering tools and practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, or Infrastructure as Code, ability to work in a collaborative and fast-moving environment, problem-solving mindset with focus on practical and maintainable solutions. Zakres obowiązków: build and maintain AI-powered applications, backend services, and APIs, develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval systems, and modern AI tooling, design workflows involving prompt engineering, context management, tool calling, memory, and structured outputs, integrate AI capabilities into business processes, engineering workflows, and internal platforms, improve reliability, scalability, observability, and performance of AI systems, implement testing, evaluation, monitoring, and safety mechanisms for production AI applications, collaborate with engineers, product teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver practical AI solutions, participate in architecture discussions and contribute to engineering best practices, continuously improve systems through experimentation, optimisation, and adoption of new AI technologies.
