AI Engineer (Mid/Senior) (Open)

- Lead technical initiatives in the AI/LLM/GenAI space, owning solution design and delivery for complex use cases. - Design and build scalable AI‑driven prototypes and end‑to‑end solutions, from discovery and scoping to deployment and handover. - Research and evaluate state‑of‑the‑art AI models, tools, and multi‑agent architectures, constantly seeking innovation and advancement. - Translate client and business problems into AI solutions, driving business ownership, strategic planning, and active client interactions. - Mentor and support junior engineers on a daily basis, fostering a culture of continuous learning and proactive skill enhancement. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (development, design, consulting) to integrate AI capabilities into full‑stack applications and products. - Support internal knowledge sharing, best practices, and contributions to reusable assets and standards. - Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, embracing challenges as opportunities and being forward‑thinking and growth‑driven.
