Avaloq Developer

We are looking for a Senior Avaloq Developer with deep technical expertise in Avaloq customisation and proven experience delivering business unit migrations onto the Avaloq platform. This role plays a critical part in large-scale transformation programmes, working across architecture, development, and delivery teams to design and implement robust, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable operating in complex environments where data migration, platform customisation, and stability are key. Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Avaloq Core Banking Platform Build and enhance: Avaloq Script (ASP) Custom modules and extensions Interfaces, APIs, and batch jobs Work with Avaloq configuration, parameterisation, and rule frameworks Ensure solutions align with Avaloq best practices, performance, and security standards Lead and support business unit migrations onto Avaloq, including carve-ins and carve-outs Contribute to migration strategy, planning, and execution Support: Data mapping and transformation Migration rehearsal cycles Cutover planning and execution Identify and mitigate technical risks related to data integrity, performance, and reconciliation Collaborate closely with solution architects, business analysts, and test teams Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers Review code, enforce development standards, and support continuous improvement Contribute to technical design decisions and solution walkthroughs
