We’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer with at least 1 year of commercial experience, who may not know everything yet, but is hungry to learn, open to challenges, and genuinely enjoys writing code that works and scales.

Wymagania:
- 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development.- Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git).- Curiosity for learning new stacks — e.g. Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or AI integrations.- A love for side projects, hackathons, or student club initiatives.- Problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to explore how things work.- Communicative English (written and spoken).
Codzienne zadania:
- Build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Collaborate with experienced developers and PMs on production-ready features.
- Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and modern tools like Docker.
- Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects.
