We look forward to reviewing your profile 😊 Wymagania: Who we're looking for - Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Java software development. - Proven experience with Spring Boot or Micronaut.Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker. - Excellent knowledge of AWS (deployment and configuration).Experience with message-driven architectures (Kafka, event sourcing). - Success delivering in an agile environment. - Experience working in a highly secure application environment. - Ability to act as a subject matter expert and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Understanding how to translate business objectives into data-driven insights. Codzienne zadania: - Work as part of a core cross-functional mission team to develop core-banking technology. - Deliver and enhance the NatWest Boxed technology product. - Support and mentor junior engineers, acting as a subject matter expert. - Write clean, elegant, reusable, and well-tested code that’s easy to maintain and extend. - Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the direction of NW Boxed engineering and ensure customer interests are at the heart of key decisions. - Work across the backend chapter to uphold standards, best practices, and promote innovation. - Resolve technical issues collaboratively within the team.
