About RedStone
RedStone is a Polish blockchain company building the next generation of Oracle infrastructure, delivering reliable, secure and low-latency data to blockchain applications. Today, our infrastructure is trusted by 170+ clients across DeFi, tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and institutional blockchain applications, securing over $67B in Total Value Secured (TVS). Our products include modular Price Oracles, Proof of Reserve and custom Oracle solutions designed for both decentralized and institutional use cases. We focus on building highly scalable infrastructure that supports multiple blockchain ecosystems while maintaining high performance, security and reliability.
The Team
We're a team of 50 people, including nearly 30 engineers, with the majority being senior developers. We build products used by leading blockchain protocols worldwide, giving you the opportunity to work in an international environment while collaborating closely with an experienced engineering team based entirely in Poland.
The Role
We're looking for Software Developer (at both Mid and Senior levels) who enjoy solving complex engineering problems and building reliable distributed systems. Whether your background is in cloud infrastructure, fintech, distributed systems or backend development, we'd love to hear from you.
Tech Stack
TypeScript, Node.js, Go, Rust, AWS, GCP, Docker, Terraform, MongoDB, InfluxDB, Grafana, Solidity, GitHub Actions, CloudWatch, ECS, EC2, Lambda
You don't need experience with every technology listed above. We're looking for strong backend engineers with solid backend experience who are comfortable learning new technologies as they go.
Responsibilities
• Implement data-fetching, aggregation, and verification pipelines
• Participate in protocol design and optimization processes
• Deploy and monitor blockchain nodes to ensure network stability and reliability
We're looking for Engineers who:
• have strong commercial backend development experience
• are comfortable designing and building scalable software
• care about writing clean, maintainable and secure code
• have a strong sense of ownership and take responsibility for the solutions they build
• enjoy solving complex engineering problems
• can quickly grow into a new role with the support of an experienced engineering team
Experience with blockchain, DeFi or Web3 is not required. It's a strong advantage, but we're equally happy to meet experienced backend engineers who are curious about this space and want to learn it.
Nice to Have
• Experience building distributed systems
• Experience with blockchain technologies or DeFi
• Experience running blockchain nodes
• Knowledge of modular blockchain architecture (rollups, sidechains, etc.)
• Participation in programming competitions or hackathons

• Competitive compensation:• Mid Engineer: 20,000–30,000 PLN/month
• Senior Engineer: 30,000–40,000 PLN/month
