C# Cloud Developer

Role Overview:

Industry: Security. Developing a new version of a platform for facility and personal security systems (fire detection and suppression).Tech Stack & Tools: C# 11, .NET Core 7, Azure, Terraform, Docker, Linux, Atlassian Stack.
Team Size: Up to 10 people (Poland + collaboration with colleagues from Western Europe).
Work Model: Hybrid – 80% On-site / 20% Remote (Office located in South Krakow).
Salary (Regular - Senior): 16 000 – 21 000 – 25 000 PLN gross/month (Employment Contract / UoP) with 90% Tax Deductible Expenses (PKUP) + Benefits Package.

Key Responsibilities
• Developing containerized Azure applications using .NET 7. The product is a Gateway integrated with fire protection hardware manufactured in-house. C# services handle critical logic, such as automated notifications to fire departments or emergency services.
• Implementing solutions in .NET 7 running under Linux OS.
• Writing unit and integration tests, managing CI/CD pipelines, developing new features, and handling system maintenance (approx. 70/30 ratio).
• Working within a cross-border team (Krakow – Western Europe) in the same time zone, using Agile methodologies.

Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in C#.
• Proven background in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS). Experience with Docker on Linux is a strong plus.
• Technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, Electronics, or related fields).
• Professional working proficiency in English (min. B2 level) for seamless communication in an international environment.
• Collaborative and conflict-free working style, team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work from the Krakow office 4 days a week.
