C++/CX (UWP) Software Engineer

For an international company in the aviation industry, delivering advanced technology projects related to aircraft performance calculations, we are looking for an experienced C++/CX Software Engineer to join the development of a multi-platform application in an agile team environment. Key responsibilities: • Develop and enhance high-quality software in line with defined project goals • Design solutions with testability and test automation in mind • Create prototypes and assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure code quality and alignment of acceptance tests with business requirements • Identify and report risks and obstacles (technical, operational, and organizational) Ideal candidate profile: • Strong proficiency in C++ (including C++98) and C++/CX (UWP) • Experience working with XAML (UWP) • Knowledge of C++/CLI (WinForms) • Fluent English communication skills (international working environment) Nice to have: • Experience with WinUI 3 • Knowledge of Objective-C/C++ (iOS) • Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD) Conditions: • Cooperation model: B2B • Work mode: 100% remote (with occasional office visits in Gdańsk – up to 3 times per year) • Rate: 150–160 PLN net/hour • Benefits: private medical care, life insurance, and Multisport card co-financing Recruitment steps: • Phone call with a Recruiter (20 - 30 min.) • Interview with the client • Feedback and decision
