THE WORK: - Connect with key business and technical decision makers during customer conversations, removing technical blockers and promoting upselling and cross-selling. - Present Microsoft Cloud solutions that align with each client’s business needs. - Provide clear technical overviews and accurate pricing guidance. - Support customers with solution demos, evaluations, and feasibility checks. - Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft and competitor cloud technologies. - Participate in training sessions delivered across the global or EMEA teams. - Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals. - Drive Customer Engagement and Solution Growth, by: - Connecting with key business and technical decision-makers to assess organizational needs, propose the most suitable Microsoft solutions, and demonstrate their strategic value while providing technical guidance with the goal of increasing deal size and revenue per win - Gathering insights into clients’ businesses and leveraging existing architectural approaches to drive opportunity growth through upselling and cross-selling. - Understanding and assessing customers’ business environments and resulting needs to propose the most customer-centric solutions within a specific Solution Area focus; integrating security into customer discussions to identify potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. - Showcasing Microsoft solutions to customers through demos, evaluations, and tailored offers. - Positioning Microsoft solutions favorably against competitors. - Collaborating internally with CLM teams on account planning, reviews, joint calls, and solution updates. - Engaging with DAS and Partners on co-sell referrals and handovers. - Participating in pipeline review meetings and driving engagement on top deals.
