Data & Analytics Lead

O projekcie: In this role, you will take ownership of sensitive data products and workforce analytics, ensuring that data is accessible, reliable, and actionable for business stakeholders. You will help shape the long-term direction of data architecture, working closely with technology teams to continuously improve capabilities and align with evolving best practices. You will be responsible for designing and developing data solutions that support HR and business decision-making, including workforce planning and organisational effectiveness. A key part of the role is establishing strong governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems. You will also act as a central point of contact for sensitive data-related initiatives, collaborating across teams to drive improvements in data usage, processes, and tools. In parallel, you will support the development of analytics capabilities within the team and promote a more data-driven approach to decision-making.
