Nasze wymagania: Technical Qualifications: Several years of experience in endpoint engineering in an enterprise environment Strong technical knowledge of: Windows client platforms (macOS is a plus) Endpoint management solutions (especially Microsoft Intune) Endpoint security, patching, and configuration baselines Ability to implement global standards consistently in regional environments Experience working with ITIL-based operational processes Personal Skills: Strong analytical and technical problem-solving mindset Pragmatic and implementation-focused working style Ability to work independently within defined global frameworks Clear and structured technical communication across teams Fluent English Zakres obowiązków: The Endpoint Engineer is a hands-on technical role focused on the implementation, stability, and compliance of endpoint technologies. The role ensures that global endpoint standards, security baselines, and configurations are technically implemented and operated correctly at a regional level, taking local conditions into account. The position does not own workplace strategy, service management, or budget responsibility, which remain with the Workplace Manager. Key Responsibilities: Act as the technical expert for endpoint platforms and client operating systems Implement and operate endpoint solutions based on global designs and specifications Adapt technical implementations where required to accommodate regional infrastructure or regulatory constraints Implementation of Global Endpoint Standards Ensure technical rollout and enforcement of: Global endpoint policies and configuration standards Security baselines and hardening measures OS, firmware, and application update mechanisms Validate compliance of regional endpoints with global requirements Identify technical deviations and raise them transparently to global endpoint teams Support regional IT support teams as technical escalation (3rd level) for complex endpoint issues and on: Device provisioning and deployment processes Hardware and operating system lifecycle activities Technical rollouts and migrations Analyze root causes of recurring endpoint incidents and contribute to long-term technical fixes Participate in endpoint pilots and technical evaluations defined by global teams Work closely with: Global Workplace Team (design, standards, roadmaps) Regional IT Support Team (incident resolution and request management) Security and Infrastructure Teams on technical topics Provide technical input, documentation, and regional feedback
