Engineering Team Leader (.NET / C#)

Our Client is a leading provider of backup and disaster recovery solutions. The company develops advanced products securing physical, virtual, SaaS, and DevOps environments. Its solutions are used by Fortune 500 companies worldwide.You will join the organization as an Engineering Team Leader (.NET/C#) and have a real impact on product development and the growth of R&D teams during a period of intensive company expansion. 📍 Location: Kraków / Poznań - 2 days per week in the office 🏡 Work model: remote start, after a few months hybrid work model (office in one of the above locations) Scope of responsibilities • Building, leading, and mentoring a development team (3+ engineers) • Full ownership of assigned projects and products (in cooperation with the Product Manager) • Designing and implementing new functionalities • Developing and maintaining systems based on: .NET/C#, REST APIs, WebSockets, Docker, SQL/NoSQL (SQLite, PostgreSQL), VMware/Hyper-V • Ensuring code quality and software development standards • Conducting code reviews • Close cooperation with QA, Product Team, DevOps/Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Support • Solving complex technical problems • Creating unit, integration, and E2E tests • Co-creating and maintaining technical documentation Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader role (team of at least 3 people) • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience with .NET / C# • Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, DRY principles, and design patterns • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases • Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments • Practical experience with Git, Jira, Docker • Communicative knowledge of Polish and English Nice to have • Kubernetes, VMware, Hyper-V, S3, MS365, SignalR, TeamCity • Experience with Android / iOS / macOS • Low-level programming experience What we offer • For B2B: 26 days off from service provision + 10 days of paid sick leave • Full equipment and hardware provided • Training budget • Free English lessons during working hours • Multisport card (e.g. Light package for 1 PLN) • Private medical care (Luxmed package from 1 PLN) TQLO Sp. z o.o. – Recruitment Agency (KRAZ no. 33580)
