Full Stack Developer (Go / Kubernetes / React) 100% REMOTE WORK B2B via Experis B2B rate: 150-160 PLN netto+VAT/h Full-time job   About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a cutting-edge engineering team focused on building a modern encryption management solution. This role is centered around creating a new user experience within a cloud-native platform, combining frontend development with backend components in a Kubernetes environment. This is a greenfield opportunity, meaning you will be building both the UI and supporting components from scratch in an open-source ecosystem. What You Will Work On • Designing and building a micro frontend for encryption and key management within a platform portal • Implementing and integrating micro frontend architecture • Developing a Kubernetes controller that connects the UI with the underlying encryption engine • Contributing to an open-source project hosted on public GitHub • Collaborating closely with platform and backend engineering teams What You Bring • Strong experience in frontend development using React or Angular and TypeScript • Hands-on experience with micro frontend architecture (e.g. Module Federation or similar approaches) • Experience building Kubernetes controllers (e.g. controller-runtime, kubebuilder) • Solid Go (Golang) development skills • Experience working with REST and gRPC APIs • A cloud-native mindset with familiarity in tools and practices such as Helm, GitOps, and CI/CD Nice to Have • Knowledge of key management systems or cryptography concepts • Familiarity with the KMIP protocol • Experience with developer platforms or internal developer portals • Understanding of OIDC and IAM integrations What We Offer • Fully remote work with flexible working hours • Opportunity to work on a greenfield, cloud-native project from day one • Exposure to modern technologies (Kubernetes, micro frontends, Go, GitOps) • Contribution to a public open-source project with real-world impact • A small, highly skilled team with a collaborative and low‑bureaucracy environment • High level of ownership and influence over technical decisions • Continuous learning and growth in a cutting-edge engineering ecosystem
