Full-stack Developer |Hybrid (Gdansk/Warsaw)

📌 We’re looking for an experienced Full-stack Developer to join a fast-paced, high-impact project in the financial / payments domain. You’ll be working on a large-scale, globally distributed platform that processes millions of transactions and powers critical payment flows used worldwide. The project focuses on performance, security, and scalability, with strong engineering standards and modern technologies. 📍 This is a hybrid role with 4 days remote and 1 day in-office (Warsaw or Gdańsk). What you’ll do: • Develop and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using modern tech stacks (Java + Angular or React) • Design, build, and test RESTful APIs and web services • Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis on complex issues • Collaborate with global teams on concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment • Ensure code meets security, performance, and scalability standards • Work with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and log retrieval tools (Splunk) What we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • 7+ years of hands-on development experience with full lifecycle SDLC knowledge • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, REST, JSON) • Proven ability to handle multitasking, deadlines, and complex projects • A proactive mindset: embraces new technology, tight timelines, and parallel projects • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with clear written & verbal communication • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities ✅ What we offer: • Hybrid work: 4 days remote + 1 day in Warsaw or Gdańsk office • Work on large-scale, impactful projects in the finance/ payments industry • Collaborate with distributed global teams • Opportunity to grow and learn in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment 📩 If you’re interested and meet the qualifications, please send your CV to Alina Pchelnikova at alina.pchelnikova@dcvtechnologies.co.uk
