Full Stack Developer (Java, React)

Location: Kraków (hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)Contract Type: B2B / ContractWorking Time: Full-timeRate: 180–230 PLN/h About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic digital technology team. You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment, participating in the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. You will work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams, building robust web applications, modern tools for business users, and next-generation digital platforms. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, React, and HTML. • Collaborate with product owners and engineers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Contribute to Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and production support. • Implement features leveraging domain knowledge in financial services or related products. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning. • Apply analytical and engineering principles to solve complex problems efficiently. • Support applications and related services, ensuring reliability and performance. • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Requirements • Strong proficiency in Java, React, and HTML. • Solid software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills. • Experience in Agile and DevOps environments. • Willingness to learn new programming languages and technologies. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks. • Fluent in English. Nice-to-Have • Experience with financial platforms, trading systems, or banking products. • Exposure to microservices architecture, PostgreSQL, or Linux environments. • Knowledge of other languages such as Clojure, Kotlin, Python, Rust.
