Full Stack Python Developer

We are looking for a Fullstack Python Developer for our client — a company operating at the intersection of software engineering and scientific innovation. What you will do: • Develop scalable frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend (Python, Django, Celery) applications. • Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs. • Solve complex engineering challenges related to scientific data and analysis workflows. • Collaborate with local and off‑shore teams in an agile, iterative environment. • Work with Postgres, MongoDB, and AWS cloud services. • Ensure high code quality through testing (pytest, optionally Playwright) What we are looking for: • 5+ years of experience in data‑focused software development within agile teams. • Strong skills in TypeScript/React and Python (Django, Celery). • Hands‑on experience with REST and GraphQL API development. • Proficiency with GitHub and relational/NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB). • Experience working with AWS and modern cloud tooling. • Degree in bioinformatics, computer science, or a related field; biological knowledge is a plus.
