Full-Stack Developer (.NET / Multi-stack) About Tradevest Tradevest is a BaFin-licensed digital financial infrastructure provider headquartered in Munich, Germany. We deliver banking-as-a-service solutions that enable trading, custody, and management of traditional securities, cryptocurrencies, and tokenized assets — all through a single integrated platform. Our clients include banks, wealth managers, neobrokers, and fintechs across Europe. Our IT development hub is based in Warsaw, where our engineering team meets in the office twice a week. We maintain a hybrid work model because we genuinely believe that in-person collaboration helps us build better products and stronger teams. We're growing rapidly, building serious financial platforms while keeping a relaxed, professional atmosphere where engineers have real ownership over what they build. What you'll do - Develop and evolve an existing fintech platform built on .NET and contribute to new initiatives in other modern stacks - Work across the full stack — from backend services to client-facing interfaces in React - Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform on (AWS,Azure,GCP) - Integrate with a variety of external financial services, solving complex challenges around asynchronous processing and data synchronization - Deliver production-ready, high-quality systems that meet the strict standards of a regulated fintech environment - Use AI-assisted development tools pragmatically — we're structured in our adoption but always prioritize security and quality What we're looking for - Strong experience with .NET - Openness to working with other languages and stacks — Go, Python, Rust, or Java — depending on project needs - Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) - A polyglot mindset — you're comfortable context-switching between technologies and enjoy the variety - Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns - Ability to deliver independently while being a collaborative team member ## Nice to have - Prior experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries - Hands-on experience with Go, Python, or Java in production - Familiarity with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or similar data stores - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments ## What we offer - Hybrid work model — 2 days/week in our Warsaw office, rest remote - 20 days PTO on B2B - Real impact on financial products used by institutional clients across Europe - Exposure to a diverse, multi-stack tech environment and cloud-native architecture - A team that values engineering growth — we invest in building competences, not just shipping features - Relaxed yet professional culture in a rapidly growing company - Flex-time arrangements
