We are looking for a Low-code GenAI Developer to join an exciting project delivered by Sii for an international organization recognized for its impact in the molecular biology and biotechnology domain. You will work on designing, integrating, and optimizing GenAI solutions built on proprietary data, combining low‑code platforms with modern LLM capabilities. Your tasks • Design and refine low-code GenAI solutions, including model finetuning and evaluation on proprietary datasets • Create, test, and optimize prompts to improve model performance and reliability • Integrate LLMs into enterprise low-code environments, covering agent workflows, RAG pipelines, chatbots, and API design • Build and maintain coding agent workflows supporting development and automation scenarios • Conduct research on modern LLM architectures, assess their applicability, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in data science or software engineering • Strong understanding of LLMs, agents, foundation models, and RAG concepts • Experience with Python programming and CI/CD practices • Familiarity with enterprise low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Copilot Studio) and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) • English at B2 level or higher • Fluent Polish required • Residing in Poland required
