Your tasks • Design and refine low-code GenAI solutions, including model finetuning and evaluation on proprietary datasets • Create, test, and optimize prompts to improve model performance and reliability • Integrate LLMs into enterprise low-code environments, covering agent workflows, RAG pipelines, chatbots, and API design • Build and maintain coding agent workflows supporting development and automation scenarios • Conduct research on modern LLM architectures, assess their applicability, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in data science or software engineering • Strong understanding of LLMs, agents, foundation models, and RAG concepts • Experience with Python programming and CI/CD practices • Familiarity with enterprise low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Copilot Studio) and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) • English at B2 level or higher • Fluent Polish required • Residing in Poland required
