Guidewire Policy Center Developer

We are currently looking for experienced Guidewire Developers to join long-term implementation projects for large insurance organizations. The projects involve ongoing implementations of the Guidewire insurance platform, mainly focused on Guidewire PolicyCenter. The teams operate in an international environment, collaborating with distributed engineering teams and business stakeholders across multiple locations. As the projects are already in progress, we are looking for developers who can quickly join existing teams and start contributing to the development and implementation workstreams. Work model • 100% remote work • Full-time engagement • Contract: ~12 months with possibility of extension Recruitment process • 2 interview stages • Technical interview • Client interview with the international project team Project scope The work focuses on implementation and development of the Guidewire platform, primarily Guidewire PolicyCenter, within complex insurance environments. Developers may work across multiple areas of the platform, including: • PolicyCenter configuration • Integrations • Rating • Forms • DataHub Experience across more than one Guidewire module will be considered a strong advantage. Requirements • Senior-level experience • Commercial experience with the Guidewire platform • Typically 4–10 years of professional experience • Strong English communication skills (international project environment) • Ability to quickly onboard into an ongoing project and work with an existing codebase This role is focused on hands-on development. We are not currently looking for architects or technical leads. Availability • Ability to provide 3–4 hours overlap • Preferred working hours in Europe: approximately 10:00–18:00 Start date • As soon as possible • Latest possible start: end of April Due to project timelines, candidates with a 3-month notice period will unfortunately not be considered.
