However, this policy is to change - potentially reducing remote work or shifting to a fully on-site model. We can't wait until you join the team with folks from US and Poland. Codzienne zadania: - Participating in the full software lifecycle from design, planning, development, testing, code review, demonstration to business, deployment to production and monitoring introduced changes. - Be part of the development team working in a Scrum methodology. - Training and mentoring less experienced engineers - Improving architecture having in mind: Performance, Scalability, Reliability, High Availability etc. - Assist in improving processes, tools, and environments.
