Nasze wymagania: Technical Skills • Experience integrating with leading HCM/ATS platforms such as: Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle. • Solid understanding of API and web-service technologies and standards, including: XML, REST, JSON, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO). • Familiarity with tools used for integration design, testing, and delivery Professional Experience • Demonstrable experience delivering complex system integrations in a global or multi-region environment. • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end implementation projects and managing multiple workstreams in parallel. • Experience working with customers from diverse set of sectors and organization sizes (including FTSE/S&P clients). • Exposure to high-volume recruitment (e.g., graduate/early careers) and high-touch senior/C-suite hiring processes. Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Experience line-managing technical or implementation teams, including setting objectives and overseeing performance. • Strong collaborator management and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences from technical backgrounds as well as those without technical expertise. • Demonstrable ability to run structured requirements workshops and to build trusted, long-term client relationships. O projekcie: This role is responsible for managing an international team that delivers integration solutions across all Aon assessment markets (US, EMEA, APAC). The role focuses on web-service/API integrations between Aon’s assessment platform and customers’ HRIS/ATS systems. This position owns the end-to-end implementation of sophisticated, large-scale recruitment integrations for clients across diverse set of regions and sectors. The Integration Team Lead provides both people leadership and deep technical advisory, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, and high-quality integrations that enable clients’ recruitment and assessment processes. Zakres obowiązków: Global Integration Delivery & Team Leadership • Lead and manage an international integration team delivering assessment integrations across US, EMEA, and APAC. • Oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, and performance management across the team. • Set clear performance objectives and provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring. Client & Stakeholder Management • Run integration requirements-gathering workshops with clients and internal stakeholders. • Build strong, collaborative relationships by understanding customer business needs and translating them into tailored implementation plans. • Communicate effectively at all levels, including senior and C-suite stakeholders, across a broad sector base (e.g., Aviation, Manufacturing, Banking). End-to-End Project Management • Own the full lifecycle of integration projects • Create and manage project timelines, define key milestones, and ensure all work is met on schedule • Manage multiple concurrent customer implementations, balancing competing priorities and ensuring quality and timeliness Technical Integration Advisory & Configuration • Serve as domain expert for system integrations • Configure the Aon platform to align with customers’ recruitment workflows, balancing guidelines, platform capabilities, and client-specific requirements. • Provide expert guidance on API/web-service usage, data flows, and integration design to both technical and non-technical partners. Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement • Identify and resolve technical, process, and configuration issues during implementation. • Collaborate with multi-functional experts to drive timely, customer-focused resolutions. • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration methods, standards, documentation, and tools. Collaboration, Training & Documentation • Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, Psychology Consultants, and other teams to ensure seamless delivery. • Support, where needed, pre-sales discussions regarding integration feasibility and solution approach. • Deliver training sessions and workshops for internal and external partners on integration processes and standards. • Create and maintain thorough, accurate documentation for integrations across a range of HR systems.
