Wymagania: What We’re Looking For - 5+ years of professional experience in Java backend development  - Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, microservices  - Hands-on experience with SQL and relational database engines  - Practical knowledge of performance optimization  - Familiarity with Maven or Gradle  - Experience with CI/CD and source code management  - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)  - Experience working in international, agile/scrum teams  - Understanding of Clean Code principles and Unit Testing  Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or related technical field  - 5+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar role  - Demonstrable experience with Java frameworks commonly used in enterprise projects  - Strong communication and teamwork skills  Nice to Have - Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ  - Certifications in Java, Spring, SQL, AWS, or Azure Cloud  - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes  Who You Are You are a passionate problem-solver who thinks outside the box and enjoys working in a dynamic, international team.
