Java Software Engineer

O projekcie: Our partner is a growing fintech company developing a security-focused digital investment platform. To support the expansion of their Budapest team, we are looking for a Backend Engineer (Java) who wants to have a real impact on a complex, business-critical system. This is a backend-focused role, where you will work on building stable, scalable services while collaborating closely with other engineering teams. Wymagania: - At least 5-7 years of experience in backend development with Java - Strong understanding of API design and service-based architectures - Experience working in distributed or microservices systems - A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and code reviews - Confident English communication skills - Availability to work on-site in Budapest Nice to have: - Experience in fintech or other regulated environments Codzienne zadania: - • Designing and developing backend services using Java - • Building clean, reliable APIs that support seamless integrations - • Improving system performance, scalability, and stability - • Working closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth delivery - • Collaborating with product and QA teams throughout development cycles - • Supporting production readiness and working with infrastructure teams - • Contributing to a structured, quality-driven engineering environment
