Java Tech Lead (M/F)

Nasze wymagania: strong expertise in Java, Spring, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and integration patterns, experience with ORM frameworks (e.g. Hibernate, nHibernate, Entity Framework), practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch), hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI, cloud and DevOps background, including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, fluency in Polish and English, residence in Poland. Mile widziane: experience in financial systems or regulated environments, familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus. Zakres obowiązków: lead, mentor, and support a development team of up to 5 engineers, work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and deliver scalable software solutions, take end-to-end ownership of the software development lifecycle, from initial concept through production, promote best engineering practices and maintain high code quality standards, serve as a trusted technical partner for client architects and product owners, oversee day-to-day team operations, define, track, and improve team performance.
