Java Tech Lead with SRE / DevOps

Nasze wymagania: Experience & Leadership • 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering. • Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems. • Strong technical leadership skills: decision-making, fostering team trust, removing roadblocks, and promoting autonomy with accountability. Core Concepts • Test-Driven Development (TDD), Clean Code, SOLID principles, GoF Design Patterns. • System and code architectures: Layered, Hexagonal, Modular Monolith, Microservices. • API development, system design, and database fundamentals (RDBMS, NoSQL, ACID vs. BASE). Technology Stack • Java 17/21, Spring Boot 3.x, Maven, PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate. • AWS (EKS, EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, Aurora, DynamoDB, VPC, Load Balancers, Route 53, SQS, SNS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, CloudTrail). • Intermediate SRE/DevOps: Jenkins + Groovy, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker. Additional Skills • CI/CD, observability, resilience, scalability, security, networking. • Familiarity with decision-making frameworks (e.g., RAPID). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. O projekcie: We are seeking a Java Tech Lead with a strong focus on backend development and intermediate experience in SRE/DevOps. In this role, you will be hands-on with development, mentor a team of engineers, and support their professional growth. You will collaborate closely with Principal Engineers, other Tech Leads, and the Head of Engineering to develop and maintain backend systems, ensuring high engineering standards. Zakres obowiązków: Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java. Actively contribute to software development and code reviews. Mentor engineers and support their technical growth. Collaborate with Principal Engineers, Tech Leads, and the Head of Engineering on technical decisions. Ensure the quality, architecture, and reliability of systems, including SRE/DevOps considerations. Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
