Junior Java Developer

At Pretius, we are looking for Junior Java Developer to a global-scale platform in the field of gaming and lotteries project. Project / Role • Develop robust, configurable applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot to effectively meet the diverse requirements of multiple customers. • Ensure the efficiency of PostgreSQL databases for scalable solutions. • Ensure security, scalability, and performance in all backend solutions. • Employ Bash/Shell scripting for automation and comprehensive system integration tasks. • Contribute to application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, while utilizing Helm for package management.   Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field. • At least 2+ years of experience in backend development using Java (17+). • Knowledge of Spring ecosystem (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security). • Hands-on experience with SQL databases. • Familiarity with build tools such as Maven. • Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub). • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with unit testing frameworks and tools. • Strong English communication (B2/C1 level).   What do we offer? • We focus on long-term relationships based on fair principles and reliability. • Co-financing of the Multisport card and Medicover private healthcare. • Modern office available. • Team bonding activities, internal courses, conferences, certifications.
