At Consid, we value ownership, quality, and continuous development.   About the Role We are currently looking for a Junior Python Developer on behalf of one of our international clients, to join a 3-month paid internship focused on AI-driven solutions. This is not an entry-level internship – we are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python and exposure to AI/ML concepts. You will work on AI-driven internal tools and backend services, contributing to real products used within the organization. This role requires regular on-site presence in Warsaw (3 days per week), working closely with the team in a collaborative environment.   Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend components using Python. • Work on AI-related features (e.g. LLM integrations, data processing, simple ML workflows). • Integrate REST APIs and external services. • Debug and improve existing functionalities. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. • Collaborate closely with the team on-site and remotely.   Requirements • 1–2 years of experience with Python (commercial). • Basic hands-on experience with AI/ML (e.g. LLMs, simple models, data processing). • Understanding of backend development and REST APIs. • Experience with Git. • English at C1 level. • Availability for full-time work for 3 months. • Ability to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week (mandatory).   Nice to have • Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar tools. • Familiarity with FastAPI / Flask. • Experience with Pandas / NumPy. • Basic cloud knowledge (AWS / GCP / Azure). • GitHub portfolio or personal projects.   What you will gain • Hands-on experience with AI-driven internal products. • Practical exposure to LLM-based solutions. • Close collaboration with experienced engineers. • Opportunity to build real, portfolio-ready solutions. • Possibility of extending the cooperation after the internship.   Recruitment Process • Screening Call (30 min): A short introductory conversation with our recruitment team to discuss your background, motivation, and expectations. • Client Interview – Communication & Cultural Fit: A meeting focused on your communication style, collaboration approach, and ability to work in an international environment. • Technical Interview: A technical discussion focused on Python fundamentals, backend basics, and your experience with AI-related solutions (e.g. APIs, data processing, LLM-based tools). This may include practical problem-solving tasks. • Final Client Interview (45 min): A final conversation focused on behavioural aspects, ownership, learning mindset, and overall team fit.
