Opis stanowiska
- Design, develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for international clients.
- Build marketing campaigns, customer journeys and dynamic email communications using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement marketing automation processes using Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Contact Builder.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems, CRM platforms and data platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Support campaign analysis, monitor performance and optimize existing marketing solutions.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to platform functionality.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects and project teams working in an Agile environment.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of remote work, onsite work at a client location, or work from an Accenture office—depending on specific project needs.
