Nasze wymagania: Degree or comparable qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial IT, Engineering, or a related field First hands-on experience in software development, gained through studies, projects, internships, or initial professional roles Strong interest in practical digital solutions in an industrial or operational environment Experience or curiosity in one or more of the following areas: Software development (e.g. Python, JavaScript, C#, Java) Low-code / no-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix – nice to have, not mandatory) Automation, workflows, scripting, or RPA Data processing, basic analytics, or visualization Solid understanding of clean code, maintainability, and structured development Very good English skills; German is a plus A structured, solution-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills O projekcie: Do you want to build software that makes a real difference on shopfloor?
