Junior software engineer with AI - Talent Program

Nasze wymagania: a graduate with bachelor's degree in fields of technology or computer science, planning to continue education with master's degree; a student on master's degree in IT fields or in other fields, who would like to start a career in IT fluent in English (both written and spoken) available at least 32 hours per week (Monday - Friday) a quick learner focused on professional development and improving technical knowledge motivated to join a one-year program and willing to stay with us afterwards Proficient in Python fundamentals Experienced with Git, RESTful services, and basic CI/CD Familiar with Azure environments and containerization Capable of integrating LLMs/OpenAI/Azure APIs O projekcie: This position is designed as a high-impact, 12-month residency within our innovation hub, mastering cutting-edge development, automation, and AI implementation. After the first year, you won't just stay in the hub - you’ll take the hub with you. Upon completing your 12-month tenure, you will transition into other key domains within the company. Your mission will be to act as a technical bridge, embedding your specialized AI and automation competencies into new business areas to drive modern engineering standards across the organization. Zakres obowiązków: Build and iterate on AI-driven POCs and MVPs, moving from initial concept to production-ready solutions. Develop agentic automation pipelines using foundational models and Microsoft Azure. Fine-tune LLMs to meet specific project requirements. Write robust Python code for both AI modules and traditional software features. Deploy and monitor code in production, ensuring system reliability and model performance through active observability. Work across the full stack to ensure AI solutions are integrated, scalable, and well-documented.
