Our teams work remotely and collaborate directly with experienced engineers and product teams. What our recruitment process looks like - 30 min HR call – introduction and alignment - Technical task to complete at home - Technical interview – discussion of your solution - Final decision and offer Wymagania: Requirements - 2+ years of commercial experience with Kotlin or Java - Experience with Spring Boot - Ability to write clean, testable code - Experience with automated tests (unit / integration) - Ability to independently solve problems and suggest improvements - Good command of English (B2+) Nice to have - Experience with NoSQL databases or messaging systems (MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, etc.) - Experience with cloud or DevOps tools (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform) - Interest in using AI tools in daily development Codzienne zadania: - Develop backend services in Kotlin (Spring Boot) - Design and implement APIs and integrations - Write clean, testable and maintainable code - Participate in code reviews - Collaborate with engineers, product and design - Suggest improvements to existing solutions
