Lead Backend Engineer (Cloud)

O projekcie: 🤖 We are Spyrosoft’s Robotics team – a group of specialists supporting global tech companies in designing, building, and scaling robotic platforms for mobile robots, drones, and industrial platforms. Our focus spans cloud-native architectures, real-time data processing from robots, and integration with enterprise systems. 🕵️‍♂️ We’re looking for a technical leader who combines hands-on development with architecture responsibilities. Robotics experience isn’t required - what matters most is your motivation to grow in this field. Wymagania: We’re looking for engineers with: - Strong knowledge of AWS or GCP (at least one platform) - Strong backend development experience in Python (using FastAPI, Django, or Flask) - very good English (B2/C1) We'd be happy to see your experience in: - Proven experience in designing and implementing IoT systems in the cloud - Driving presales, proposal preparation, and client communication Codzienne zadania: - Work hands-on on cloud-native backend systems as part of cutting-edge robotics projects. - Lead and support technical workshops and discovery sessions with clients to define project scope and estimations, including ballpark calculations. - Design, validate, and implement end-to-end backend architecture in Python for cloud-based robotics platforms. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, helping shape code quality, architecture decisions, and best practices. - Contribute to defining technology directions for cloud services and backend solutions in robotics and IoT projects (domain knowledge nice-to-have).
