Lead Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Technical Leader and hands-on Software Engineer, this role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise applications used across multiple business units throughout Europe.
 
The position combines software architecture, full-stack development, and technical leadership. Key responsibilities include defining technical roadmaps, establishing development standards and best practices, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives while maintaining high performance, reliability, and scalability.
 

Expected competences and knowledge
•

Min. 8 years of commercial experience as a Software Developer

• Front-End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks)
• Back-End technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages; experience with frameworks like Django)
• Database Management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, strong data modeling skills)
• API Development: Ability to design and maintain RESTful APIs
• Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with Azure and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes); CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Security Practices: Knowledge of authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding standards
• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Nice to have
• Automation Anywhere knowledge and experience
• Automated tests with JUnit, Selenium
• Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent professional certifications in cloud architecture, Agile/Scrum, or advanced programming

Responsibilities you'll have
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications across the full technology stack
• Define technical architecture, drive technology decisions, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and long-term platform strategy
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, software quality principles, and maintainability guidelines
• Build and enhance modern web applications, backend services, REST APIs, and data processing solutions
• Design and optimize data models, system integrations, and enterprise workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance
• Lead the implementation of cloud-native and microservices-based solutions, supporting automation and continuous delivery initiatives
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Monitor project progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software within Agile/Scrum environments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, user experience, and development efficiency
• Mentor and support development team members through coaching, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code reviews
• Champion software quality through testing, debugging, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, governance, and security requirements while maintaining clear technical documentation and operational readiness.Partner with infrastructure and IT teams to enable smooth deployment, production releases, and ongoing platform stability
