Andersen is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET + React) to drive development and provide technical leadership, ensuring delivery of quality, team coordination, and alignment with architectural decisions. The customer is an international company delivering professional and technology-enabled solutions that support effective collaboration, structured communication, and operational efficiency for organizations. It operates in a fast-growing environment, focusing on scalability, security, and continuous improvement while developing digital platforms used by diverse clients worldwide. The project is focused on delivering full-stack engineering solutions while ensuring consistent technical execution and team coordination. It combines hands-on development with technical oversight, guiding the engineering team, supporting day-to-day delivery, and maintaining alignment across tasks and architectural decisions. Responsibilities: • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software within a .NET 4.6 monolithic MVC API and React front‑end environment. • Taking ownership of mid‑to‑high complexity tasks and delivering reliable, production‑ready solutions. • Modernizing and refactoring legacy .NET components to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability. • Building and integrating React front‑end components into existing backend API flows. • Investigating and resolving complex technical issues, optimizing system performance, and supporting distributed components. • Providing technical supervision and direction to other engineers on the team. • Supporting TJ by handling day‑to‑day technical guidance, ensuring that TJ focuses on high‑level oversight rather than operational details. • Reviewing architecture decisions with TJ, propose improvements, and drive implementation consistency. • Ensuring developers follow best coding practices, documentation standards, and architectural guidelines. • Helping prioritize work, clarify requirements, and unblocking engineers during daily execution. • Acting as a point of stability for the team during active development phases. • Leading code reviews and maintaining engineering standards across backend and frontend layers. • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver end‑to‑end features. • Preparing and maintaining architectural diagrams, API specifications, and integration documentation. • Participating in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and helping improve team workflows. Must-have: • Experience in full stack development for 4+ years. • Strong experience with C# / .NET Framework 4.6, MVC, API development, and legacy code maintenance/refactoring. • Proficiency with React (React 16+, modern hooks, component lifecycle, reusable components). • Strong SQL Server knowledge (query design, optimization, indexing). • Experience working with monolithic architectures and gradually modernizing them. • Solid understanding of event patterns, asynchronous processing, and scalable design practices (even within legacy constraints). • Ability to provide technical direction and guidance to other developers. • Experience mentoring, supervising, or coaching engineers (formal team lead experience is a plus but not mandatory). • Ability to structure tasks, clarify technical requirements, and support daily execution to reduce the load on TJ. • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work semi‑independently while aligning with TJ on strategic direction. • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above. Nice-to-haves: • Experience with modern DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines). • State management expertise (Redux, Zustand, RTK, or similar React patterns). • Hands‑on experience with AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code). • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure preferred). Reasons why this job would be interesting to you: • Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others. Andersen cooperates with such businesses as Samsung, Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, BNP Paribas, Ryanair, Mercedes, TUI, Verivox, Allianz, T-Systems, etc.. • The opportunity to change the project and/or develop expertise in an interesting business domain. • Job conditions – you can work both fully remotely and from the office or can choose a hybrid variant. • Guarantee of professional, financial, and career growth!
