Wymagania:
- 7+ years of commercial experience in Java development, including experience in a technical leadership role,- strong hands-on experience with Java 17+,- solid knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL,- experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs,- practical experience with TDD, BDD, and automated testing,- strong understanding of object-oriented design, software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices,- experience working in Agile environments and within a DevOps culture,- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,- ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and mentor development teams,- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,- good command of English (min. B2).- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:

- leading the technical delivery of new features from design through implementation and production,
- collaborating with architects to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with the overall technical strategy,
- designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality backend applications using Java and Spring Boot,
- driving improvements to platform architecture, engineering practices, and development standards,
- monitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving production services,
- participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment,
- mentoring and supporting other developers through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and technical guidance,
- contributing to architectural discussions and promoting technical excellence across the engineering team.
