Lead Java Developer

Wymagania: Strong core Java skills, including multithreading and concurrency. Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred. Knowledge of FIX protocol and trade capture/lifecycle is a plus. Familiarity with listed derivatives, futures, and options is a plus. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
