O projekcie:
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead .NET Developer to take full ownership of a business-critical application. You will drive the solution from architecture and design through development, deployment, and ongoing production support. As the technical lead, you will set the standard for code quality, guide design decisions, and act as the primary point of contact for the application.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you are expected to contribute code daily, perform code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical direction while maintaining close engagement with customers and stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will regularly explain technical concepts and solution decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences in Dutch and English.

Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Provide end-to-end production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development, deployment, and operational processes.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the application and its stakeholders.
