Lead Node.js Engineer

Zakres obowiązków: - Design, build, and own scalable backend services for the integrations platform (Node.js + PHP). - Architect and evolve distributed systems running in a cloud environment (AWS). - Implement integration patterns such as webhooks, polling, message queues, and event-driven architectures. - Improve development lifecycle processes (CI/CD, automation, delivery performance metrics such as DORA). - Contribute to technical documentation (RFCs, ADRs) and architecture decisions. - Perform thoughtful code reviews and mentor other engineers. - Drive adoption of AI-powered development tools within the team.
